Locals calls him Tiny Noot, partly because he's tiny, mostly because Nootbody knows what he's doing. He carries around a toothbrush in one hand, wears another on his head, and has an entire squeezed-out tube of toothpaste for a hat. When asked why, Noot simply said, ''Dental fashion.''
