Koot is the painter of the Forest Town. Known for sun-gazing on a moss patch like it's a full time job, only to get blinded and fling paint everywhere... including on himself and on anything that waddles by. Several ducks are now ''art.'' Currently wearing a paint palette on his head to ''shield from the sunlight,'' while clutching a paintbrush for comfort.
